Yes! Our service department works on all makes and models of electric bikes and e moto, not just the brands we sell. We are unable to diagnose electrical issues for brands we do not carry in the shop but we can help out with flat tires, brake installation/service, fork installation, full tune up, and many other mechanical services. If you are unsure if we can address your particular e-bike, give us a call at (657) 933-8197.
Absolutely — we accommodate everyone from ages 1 to 99. We offer kid trailers, dog trailers, and kids' eBikes for riders as young as 13. For corporate events and group outings, we can accommodate groups of up to 30 people with special pricing for groups of 10 or more.
We require reservations at least 48 hours in advance for all tours. Rentals can be booked same day and walk-ins are welcome for the shop and service department during business hours Tuesday through Sunday, 10am–6pm. Book online or call us directly at (657) 933-8197 if you have any questions at all.
